These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Lamvora Group website and the purchase of products from Lamvora Consumer Care Pvt Ltd (“Lamvora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Lamvora Group website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed
Lamvora Group is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the product. Lamvora Group reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
To request cancellation, contact support@lamvora.com immediately after placing the order
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lamvora Group website, including but not limited to the LAMVORA brand name, logo, product names, images, text, formulas, and website design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lamvora Consumer Care Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Lamvora Group content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Lamvora Consumer Care Pvt Ltd

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lamvora Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Lamvora is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product
Lamvora is not liable for allergic reactions if the customer has not read ingredient information
Lamvora is not liable for fabric damage caused by incorrect washing method

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the purchase of Lamvora Group products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
